Many of the Prophets are recorded as receiving visions from God, including Isaiah, Ezekiel, and Zechariah.
The Book of Acts also contains several stories about God speaking to people through visions, including a Roman Centurion named Cornelius, the Apostle Peter, and the Apostle Paul (here, and here)
