Genesis contains many stories of God speaking to people, including directly to Adam, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to Joseph through dreams, and to the Pharaoh of Egypt through dreams which are interpreted by Joseph.
Exodus records the story of God speaking to Moses out of a burning bush.
The Gospels record stories of people hearing from God, too.
There is a story recorded in Matthew, Mark, and Luke of God’s audible voice being heard after Jesus is baptized. There are multiple stories of God speaking to people through dreams.
In the book of Acts, there are multiple stories of people hearing from God through visions.
